Ōnin Staffing is hiring Delivery Helpers to assist drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering items safely and efficiently. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, on-time deliveries!

What You'll Do as a Delivery Helper:

Delivery Days (2-3 days per week):

Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and securing furniture, appliances, and other large items.
Ensure all items are properly secured to prevent damage during transport.
Navigate delivery routes using maps or GPS.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with installation as needed.
Work alongside the driver to complete timely, accurate deliveries.

Warehouse Days (Non-Delivery Days):

Receive incoming shipments and stage items for upcoming deliveries.
Organize and prepare products for efficient loading.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. independently and items over 50 lbs. with team assistance throughout the shift.
Comfortable with physical labor, including bending, twisting, and prolonged standing
Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work early morning shifts (5 AM start)
Willingness to work long hours/overtime (10-12 hour shifts) as needed
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
