Warehouse Clerk

We have an exciting role with large growth potential available with one of our aviation partners in Austin, TX! The role is a full time opportunity as a Warehouse/Quality Clerk. The standard schedule is Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. This is a Contract to Hire with opportunities to grow in Sales and Procurement.

Proactive and independent thinkers please apply! The starting rate for this role is $17/hr (some flexibility based on experience), individuals that transition to sales/procurement will have a commission structure.

Individuals will be responsible for:

• Visual quality inspection of incoming and outbound shipments
• Reviewing Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation for accuracy, matching serial numbers of parts and BOL or Purchase Orders (PO).
• Generating or reviewing POs for accuracy and to ensure proper inventory is being packaged/shipped/received
• Filing and scanning spreadsheets and e-mail communications efficiently
• Notating damage on products being received and properly documenting

Qualified candidates for this role are individuals who meet the following:

• Punctuality is paramount
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift or willingness to learn a must
• English fluency (reading and writing) a must
• Multi-language abilities a plus
• Experience using AvSight Software a plus
• Familiarity with AS9100 ISO standard a big plus
• Experience with FedEx software a plus
• High attention to detail is crucial
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
